Frequently Asked Questions
AI workflow automation for agencies and businesses — by M. Lewis Technologies LLC
Common Questions
What is AI workflow automation for agencies?
AI workflow automation for agencies means using connected tools and AI systems to handle recurring, repetitive tasks automatically — pulling channel data, building reports, drafting commentary, managing approval workflows, and sending client updates — consistently, without manual effort each cycle. The goal is to reduce the operational labor that goes into work that follows predictable patterns every week or month.
Do you only work with small businesses?
No. Our primary focus is performance marketing agencies, digital agencies, paid media teams, and other operations-heavy businesses. We work with organizations of different sizes — from growing agencies to established firms — that have recurring operational workflows worth automating. We do not limit our work to small businesses.
What kinds of agency tasks can be automated?
Common tasks we automate for agencies include: pulling performance data from Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms; generating recurring client reports; drafting AI-assisted commentary and performance insights; managing internal QA and approval workflows; client onboarding sequences and intake processes; invoice and status update communications; and other recurring admin and operational tasks that follow a consistent structure.
Do you replace our current reporting tools?
No. We build on top of your existing tools and platforms. We connect to your current data sources and reporting stack and automate the repetitive work within that environment. You keep the platforms you already use — we just remove the manual steps in between. There's no forced software migration or platform replacement.
How does the pilot work?
We start with a focused, fixed-scope pilot — typically 1 to 2 client accounts and 1 core reporting or operational workflow. The pilot is designed and built to run inside your real operating environment for 30 to 60 days. You see how the automation actually performs on your accounts, with your data, inside your tools — before deciding whether to expand. The pilot is a paid engagement. Pricing starts from $3,000 to $7,500 depending on scope and complexity.
What happens after the pilot?
After the pilot, you decide whether to continue with ongoing monthly automation management. If you move forward, we maintain, refine, and expand the automation systems on a month-to-month basis. Ongoing monthly management starts from $1,500/month and scales based on the number of workflows, client accounts, and platforms under active automation. There is no long-term contract required to continue.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. After the initial pilot engagement, ongoing monthly support runs month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days' notice. We do not ask clients to sign multi-month or multi-year agreements. We keep clients by delivering results — not by locking them in.
Do you work with clients outside the United States?
Yes. We work with agencies and businesses worldwide. Our automation systems operate across platforms and time zones. Being based in Atlanta, GA does not limit who we can work with — location is not a barrier.
